Hall Implement Co., a family-owned John Deere dealership since 1961, is seeking candidates for an open position on our Parts Counter.
The ideal person for this role loves helping people, appreciates a challenge and works well in a fast-paced environment. Some of your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:
Assisting walk in customers who are picking up parts or tractors for service work
Helping customers on the phone with part inquiries
Placing part orders through our vendors
Checking in, labeling and stocking inbound parts shipments
The right candidate will possess the following skills:
Familiar with Windows-based computer systems
Able to read parts diagrams, schematics and lists
Have superior customer service skills, both in person and on the phone
Exposed to some level of technical knowledge
Takes Pride in their work
Enjoys learning new things
This is a full-time, year-round position that offers a competitive compensation package including health, vision and dental insurance, retirement plan with company match and paid time off.
Wage range is $17.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience
